Challenging Homophobic Language

As part of our Anti-Bullying work ,Sheffield has joined the Stonewall Education Champions Programme. This programme addresses the issues that surround Homophobic Bullying and will help schools tackle this problem.

As part of this programme Stonewall has produced a "Challenging Homophobic Language" guide with examples for both the secondary and primary sectors.
 
It’s pleasing to see that Sheffield has two case-studies in this publication:-Wisewood Secondary ( Case Study1 Page13 ) and Dobcroft Junior and Dore Primary (Case Study 3 Page 15).
