A questionnaire devised by the Institute of Education in London and Bristol University is available and useful for nurture group use in young pupils.
Please see the attached questionnaire below. This does not have to be sent to the address at the end of the questionnaire but can be used as data internally within the school to audit how pupils feel in the school.
